Scientific Rationale
Since its discovery in the 1990's, the source of anomalous microwave emission (AME) has remained elusive. This workshop is the third in a series of AME workshops, following previous workshops in Manchester in 2012 and Caltech in 2013. We plan to build upon the success of these previous workshops and we aim to bring together both AME theorists and observers to discuss the latest results in the field. The goal of this workshop is to develop a coherent view of the AME, and to determine the future steps required to allow us to fully understand the nature of this enigmatic emission.
