It is suggested that you download the booklet (pdf) and familiarise yourself with the contents, it may prove to be helpful. Note that for the airport shuttle you must buy a ticket (the price is €16) in advance at the ESTEC Reception (at the main entrance), it is open daily until 18:00 hours. The Reception can also help with ordering taxis.
