Venue

 

The workshop will be held at the European Space Astronomy Centre (ESAC) in the D building. For more details on how to get to ESAC, please visit this page.

 

 

Transport

 

There is public transport available from Madrid to ESAC. However, due to service limitations, a shuttle service will be provided between Madrid and ESAC throughout the workshop. In Madrid, the bus will pick up participants in front of the hotel EXE Moncloa [TBC]. The timetable will be provided later here. Please remember to show your interest in using this service in the registration form.

 

Accommodation

 

Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Below, we provide a comprehensive list of hotels near Moncloa, where a bus will pick up attendees each morning for the workshop. Feel free to explore typical booking sites such as Airbnb and Booking.com for additional options.

 

Conference dinner

 

A social dinner will be organized in Madrid on the second day of the workshop (Tuesday, 18th February 2025). The exact location will be provided later. Please note that the cost of the social event will not be covered by the workshop organizing committee, so participants will need to cover the expense themselves (approximately 30-40 euros per person).

 

Lunch at ESAC

 

Lunch will be held at the ESAC Canteen. Please note that participants are responsible for covering the cost of their own meals.
