Letters of Endorsement

 

Letters of Endorsement from Member State agencies or from eventual international partner agencies must be provided in support of Phase-2 proposals.

The Letters must state the readiness of Member State agencies to undertake the necessary action to secure funding for the study (Phase B1, subject to the mission selection) and implementation (Phases B2/C/D/E/F, subject to the mission adoption) of the nationally-provided mission elements falling under their responsibility. Letters of Endorsement must be addressed to the ESA Director of Science, and must be sent to:

endorsement-fast@cosmos.esa.int

The deadline for receipt of Letters of Endorsement was 10 April 2019 — 12:00 noon (CEST).
