As described in the Call for a Fast mission document, proposals in response to this call must be submitted in two phases. Phase-2 proposals may only be submitted by proposers whose Phase-1 proposal passed the initial screening. The Phase-2 proposals will be subject to a detailed technical and programmatic screening by ESA. Following this, the mission selection process will be based on the scientific merit of the proposals, assessed by peer review under the responsibility of the scientific Advisory Structure of the ESA Science Programme.

Phase-2 proposals must be submitted using the form below. Only pdf files will be accepted; files must not be locked or protected; the maximum file size accepted is 100 MB. Details of the format and content for the proposal are given in the Call for a Fast mission document, available to download from the Documentation section of the Home page.

Please note that after selecting the file you wish to submit you must wait for an on-screen message indicating that the file has been successfully uploaded before finishing the submission process.

The deadline for receipt of Phase-2 proposals was 20 March 2019, 12:00 (noon) CET.

Phase-2 proposals that have not been preceded by a Phase-1 proposal will not be considered. Late submissions will not be considered.
