Francisco Ocaña has been collaborating with CESAR since 2013, taking part in the optical observations team. He is an astrophysicist and has been interested in astronomy and space since he was a child. He is keen on technology and scientific outreach as well.
Currently he works as System Engineer for the ESA GSTP project: Test-Bed Telescopes, to provide two robotic telescopes for surveillance of satellites, space debris and NEOs.
