ACCOMMODATION

The city of Madrid counts with a large number of hotel rooms offered in a wide rage of prices. The participants of the .Astronomy 13 Conference are free to choose their accommodation, and we kindly ask you to make all bookings directly with the hotel or airBnb. The bus will leave and return from Madrid to ESAC from near the Moncloa station. We recommend booking a hotel that is either in this area or with a metro connection to it (Moncloa Station).

SHUTTLE

A shuttle between Madrid and ESAC will be offered.

The shuttle bus to ESAC will leave each day of the conference from P.º de Moret, 2, Moncloa (next to Moncloa Station and opposite the Parque del Oeste) at 08:30, and return at 18:00 (except Friday when the return will be at 16:00)

It is recommended to find accommodation near the Moncloa metro station, as this will be the pick-up point of the bus shuttles.
