ESA-NASA Lower Thermosphere-Ionosphere Science Report now availible - This report describes the scientific case for a mission concept to study Earth’s lower thermosphere-ionosphere – the LTI – which is the interface region between our atmosphere and space. The LTI is at altitudes between 100–200 km and is uniquely characterised by complex interactions between co-existing neutral and ionized gases. REPORT
