The Science and Operations IT Unit (SITU) at ESTEC deals with different aspects of the science-related IT infrastructure and services. However, for any type of question you may have, for instance for the Web Portal (Cosmos) and/or Web Applications, or for Linux desktops or UNIX/Linux servers, etc., please contact the SITU Service Desk.

If your question is about Linux desktops or UNIX/Linux servers at ESTEC, please select "SCIOPS Services at ESTEC" as "project/mission" for most efficient routing of your request.

For all Corporate IT services and applications (e.g. Windows/MacOS desktops/laptops), please contact the ESA IT Service Desk at esait.Service.Desk@esa.int
