ESA Academy - Euclid ESLAB 2025

ESA Academy STUDENT SPONSORSHIP

The ESA Education Office is pleased to sponsor of up to 3 tertiary education students to attend the Euclid ESLAB Symposium 2025 in the frame of the ESA Academy Conference Student Sponsorship programme. The sponsorship will cover the early bird registration fees (EUR 250, directly paid by ESA Education Office) and provides a maximum reimbursement of EUR 700 towards travel and accommodation expenses, which will be reimbursed via a single bank transfer after the event and will only be paid upon submission of receipts.

To be eligible for an ESA Academy Student Sponsorship, students must, at the time of application:

• Submit an abstract for a talk or poster;
• be minimum 18 years old at the time of the conference;
• be a citizen of an ESA Member State, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia or Slovenia;
• be enrolled as a student (Bsc, Msc, or Ph.D.) in a tertiary education academic programme (not graduating before the Conference);
• not benefit from an overlapping financial support to attend this conference, unless duly justified;
• agree with the conditions of the ESA Academy’s Privacy Policy

Priority will be given to students who have less than 2 years of professional experience and have never taken part in an activity sponsored by the ESA Education Office.

• Name, nationality, and title of the abstract submitted via the form linked above;
• A paragraph motivating your participation at ESLAB and justification for ESA Academy sponsorship;
• A response (Y/N) to "Do you have overlapping financial support to attend this conference?" (if yes, please provide details)
• A response (Y/N) to "Have you previously been supported by the ESA Education Office?"
• A response (Y/N) to "I agree with ESA Academy's privacy policy"

The deadline for non-EC member abstract submission & academy sponsorship application is 15^th December.

The decision by the Selection Committee will be communicated by February 2025.
