Registration - Euclid ESLAB 2025
Registration
To register to the conference, please proceed to the registration page and select the ticket of interest.
If you register before Feb 1, 2025, we offer a reduced fee. Use the 'early bird' option to make use of this opportunity.
Registration fees will be charged as follows.
For the ESLAB Symposium only (24th-26th March 2025):

| Regular fee (after 1st February) | 300,00 € |
| Online participant | 125,00 € |
For ESLAB + the Euclid consortium meeting (24th-27th March 2025):
| Early fee (until 1st February) | 475,00 € |
| Regular fee (after 1st February) | 550,00 € |
| Online participant | 150,00 € |
The fee includes:
- Welcome reception on 24th March
- Coffee breaks
- Lunch on 25th & 26th March
For those interested, there is a social dinner planned on 26/3, which can be booked within the registration page.
Note that the option EC+ESLAB is restricted to members of the Euclid Consortium only.
For those that want to learn more about Euclid, but cannot attend in person, we offer an option to participate remotely as well.

Abstract submission
Abstract submission opens on 15th November for scientists who are not part of the Euclid Consortium, with deadline 15th December. We encourage you to submit an abstract (for a talk or a poster) here: ... link to the page with the form.
The deadline to submit an abstract is 15th December 2024.
The deadline for registration is 21st March 2025.
