ACCOMMODATION
The city of Madrid has a large number of hotel rooms offered in a wide rage of prices. The participants of the Hera Science Operations Working Group (SOWG) are free to choose their accommodation, and we kindly ask you to make all bookings directly with the hotel.
ESAC has a special agreement with several hotels of the Eurostars Hotel Company. If you want to benefit from these rates, please inform the hotel that you are a ESAC visitor at the time of the booking. The special rates will not apply on weekends, public holidays and high-seasons.
