INTEGRAL Workshop 2024
Venue
The meeting will take place at the European Space Astronomy Centre (ESAC) in Villanueva de la Cañada, near Madrid.
There is public transport from Madrid to ESAC. More details on how to get to ESAC can be found here. But because public transport to ESAC is not convenient, we provide a shuttle service between Madrid and ESAC as detailed below.
Transport
A shuttle bus will be offered free of charge from Madrid to ESAC in the mornings and back in the afternoons. The shuttle bus to ESAC will leave from Paseo de Moret, 2, Moncloa (next to Moncloa Station and opposite the Parque del Oeste).

Accommodation
Please note that INTEGRAL/ESA does not offer hotel reservation services, nor has authorised any third party to do so on its behalf.
Hotel availability in Madrid is usually quite limited and early booking is recommended. ESAC is located some 30 km west of Madrid and it will thus be best to search for a hotel in the western parts of the city. A list of hotels in this area include:

The workshop will be held in the D001 and D002 rooms of the D Building (see map below):
LUNCH AT ESAC
Lunch will take place in the ESAC Canteen. Participants are responsible for choosing and paying for their food. We will end the session around 13:00 and be expected at the canteen around 13:30.
