ISLA Community Products

The INTEGRAL Science Legacy Archive (ISLA) will not only be populated with products from the Instrument Teams, but the community is invited to contribute any high-level science products they have used for their publication and that might be useful for future generations. This was announced publicly in Newsletter #34 and in Newsletter #36.

The ESA archives ensure enduring preservation and reproducibility of results over extended time scales. Community Products will not be validated by instrument-team experts or by ESA, and will thus be flagged as such. ESA cannot guarantee that every submission will be accepted. Moreover, submissions will be assessed and products will be ingested on a best-effort basis. A DOI should ideally be provided with the submission. Otherwise, ESA will issue one to identify the submission.

Because of the wide range of possible products, customisation will generally be required for the ingestion process. Therefore, if you are interested to submit your products, please contact the INTEGRAL Helpdesk.
