Proposal Submission Form

 

Individuals wishing to respond to this Announcement of Opportunity must submit their proposal using the submission form below. Details of the content and format of the proposal can be found in the Announcement document. Only pdf files will be accepted; files must not be locked or protected; maximum file size is 20 MB.

Please note that after selecting the file you wish to upload you must wait for an on-screen message indicating that the file has been successfully uploaded before completing the submission process.

An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the applicant at the email address provided, upon successful submission of the proposal.

The deadline for submitting a proposal was 15 May 2019 at 12:00 (noon) CEST.
