Programme - Jovian Icy Moons' Surface Interactions With Their Environment
Programme
The workshop will span over a week, starting on Monday afternoon with an ice breaker event during which the workshop objectives, format and schedule will be presented.
The following three days will be focused on the science. Each morning will be dedicated to oral presentations and will start with an invited talk that will serve as an introduction to the topic of the day. Topics will cover the surface, exosphere, and magnetosphere from various perspectives, including lab experiments, modeling, and observations. Each talk will be followed by a Q&A session. The afternoons will be devoted to discussions in the form of round table and poster sessions.
Friday morning will conclude the workshop with a summary of what has been discussed and action items. This will be a moment to talk about a second edition of the workshop and a potential extension to icy moons of other systems. For those interested, a visit of the Real Observatorio de Madrid will be proposed on Friday afternoon.
The finalized program will be shared here at the begining of September, 2025.
