EUROPA CLIPPER

Investigate whether the icy moon could have conditions suitable for life

 

Europa Clipper’s main science goal is to determine whether there are places below the surface of Jupiter’s icy moon, Europa, that could support life. The mission is primarily conducted by NASA, and further information can be found on their website .

The orbiter has a launch window on October 10th, 2024 and will arrive in Jupiter Orbit in April 2030, it will spend at least four years making detailed observations of the Europa moon of Jupiter.
