JOVIAN RINGS OBSERVATIONS WITH JUICE

The meeting will take place from 14.11.2022 (Monday afternoon) to 17.11.2022 (Thursday noon) at the ESAC facility in Madrid, Spain.

 

This workshop aims at bringing together the Juice science community interested in Jupiter’s rings to:

  • Review the latest knowledge on Jupiter’s rings (structure, composition, origin, evolution,…)
  • Define JUICE scientific campaigns required to advance our knowledge of the rings
  • Analyse and perform ‘hands-on’ session to better grasp the resulting science operations challenge for the JUICE mission

 

In a workshop style, there will be presentations and ample time for discussion of science goals and planning from the JUICE instrument suite for the rings of the Jovian system.
