Roman Information Sessions

Registration Form

 

Individuals wishing to follow the Roman Information Sessions on 6-7 July must register, using the form below, to receive the meeting link. Please note that in addition to presentations about the mission and its science, paths for European participation in the mission, and support for users of Roman data, the organisers will consider including some presentations from interested European parties, based on the answers to optional questions in the registration form.

Individuals wishing to propose a presentation for the Roman Information Sessions must register before 18:00 CEST on 7 June 2021.

Registration will remain open until 18:00 CEST on 18 June 2021 for individuals who wish to join the sessions to listen to the presentations and discussions.

 

Privacy Notice

The data that are collected during the registration process are covered by the cosmos portal privacy policy.
All presentations will be recorded and made available a-posteriori. Privacy notices pertaining to the recordings and publication of the meeting will be provided when details of how to join the meeting are sent to registered participants.

Notes on using the registration form

1: Enter the information in all the mandatory fields (indicated by *) and, if you wish, provide answers to the optional questions.
2: When you click on Submit y​​​​​​ou will be presented with a summary of your submission details and a privacy policy (related to the website, as noted above). After accepting that policy and clicking on Confirm your information will be submitted.
3: If you wish to modify your registration, fill in your email address and click on the magnifying glass icon. You will be sent a confirmation code that will allow you to retrieve your registration and to modify it accordingly.
