Logistics
LUNCH- as with previous meetings Lunch will be at a set price - 8 Euros for a starter, main dish and desert.
This Rosetta Science, Operations and SWT meeting will be held at ESAC, near Madrid, Spain.
As with previous meetings, we will begin the week with a science discussion meeting, then move towards more operational discussions for the rest of the week.
Buses will be availible to take you from and to ESAC, as with previous meetings.
NOTE!!! BUSES leave from NH Alberto Aguilera NOTE!!!
A bus will be available on Monday from the hotel to take people, who have arrived earlier, to ESAC. This bus will leave NH Alberto Aguilera at 13:00
Each morning buses will leave from that hotel at 08:30
Buses will leave ESAC at 18:15
On Friday we will have 1 bus to airport and 1 to hotel at 14:30
As a reminder - buses will leave from NH Alberto Aguilera in morning.
