ACCOMMODATION

The city of Madrid counts with a large number of hotel rooms offered in a wide rage of prices. The participants of the Winds accoss the Universe Conference are free to choose their accommodation, and we kindly ask you to make all bookings directly with the hotel. 

ESA SPECIAL RATES 

ESA has a special agreement in Madrid with some hotels of the Eurostarts Hotel Company which appear listed in the table bellow:

The participants of our conferences and workshops who wish to stay in any of the hotels indicated above and benefit from the ESA special rates, will need to book a room following these instructions:

• Type of room: Double room for single use.
• The rates only apply for ESA group bookings up to 15 rooms per day and hotel. Only lodging.
• The reservation must be done contacting directly by phone or email to the hotel where the traveller wants to book a room.
• The travellers must indicate specifically that they are visiting ESA on those dates.
• The special rates are only applicable from Sunday until Thursday. Excluded Friday to Saturday and black out dates: 23-25 Jan; 28-30 Mar; 30 May; 11-16 Jun; 8-14 Sep; 7-10 Oct and 5-8 Nov.
• On the dates that it is not possible to apply the negotiated rate there will be a BAR -10% on the hotels above mentioned.

SHUTTLE

A shuttle between Madrid and ESAC is offered. More information here.

It is recommended to find accommodation near the Moncloa metro station, as this will be the pick-up point of the bus shuttle.
