The European XRISM Community can obtain help via the European XRISM Helpdesk. It covers all areas from the proposal stage, background information (such as calibration), data analysis, data policy, ToO, to archives.

Before being able to access the Helpdesk, users need to register to the European XRISM User Community.

 

 

The European XRISM Community is hosted by the ESA Cosmos Portal to which all XRISM Users must be registered. Either you already have a cosmos account, e.g., to access XMM-Newton data via the XSA or you can self-register using this tool:

It may take up to a minute after registration until you have access to the XRISM Helpdesk
